Understanding from Our Discussion
Based on our meeting, we understand that Milna aims to build a storytelling-based campaign — what we call the Milna Storyverse.
In this Storyverse, Milan, the beloved teddy bear mascot, becomes the main character who embarks on a series of adventures — meeting new friends, discovering lessons about nutrition and nature, and sharing wholesome messages with children.
Each Milna product packaging will feature a unique QR code that unlocks one story or adventure, encouraging families to collect all Milna packs to experience the full Storyverse.

Clarifying the Scope of Work
During our earlier conversation, we had presented an example AR concept priced starting at around IDR 50 million, which referred to a simple interactive experience with short, independent micro-animations — such as Milan surrounded by fruits and vegetables, where each tap triggers a short voice line or fun fact (e.g., “Carrots are great for your eyes!”).
The new Milna Storyverse campaign, however, represents a larger and more sophisticated scope of work. Each story now involves a continuous animated sequence with multiple scenes, transitions, characters, and narrative flow — for example, Milan walking through a jungle, interacting with a tiger, and then continuing to meet other animals.
Each of these stages adds depth, craft, and complexity — resulting in a premium storytelling experience that fully justifies the expanded production effort.
Scope of Services
- Animation production for Milan’s adventures (complete creative execution of visuals and movement).
- Character enhancement, rigging, and environment asset design.
- Integration of storylines into marker-based AR format.
- Programming and interactivity setup.
- Sound and voice-sync implementation.
- Testing, deployment, and delivery in ready-to-launch AR format.
Milna will provide the stories, concepts, and direction for each episode. InReality Solutions will focus on execution and technical realization.
Pricing Structure
To keep pricing modular and transparent, production is based on the final duration of AR storytelling content, measured per 10 seconds of final output. Each 10 second segment is considered 1 unit.
